Setting up a newsletter sign-up for a Wordpress website

I'm trying to set up a newsletter sign-up from my Wordpress website, but I don't have a business blog. WP referred me to you as an alternative to the solution. However, is this not a free service? I'm confused about the cost. Can you please explain?

We offer 4 plans (FREE > BRONZE > SILVER > GOLD), all of which are presented in a table format on our PRICING PAGE. Each plan has its own set of usage limits.

JotForm is an online form builder solution. If your aim is to create a form for your website, then you're in the right place. However, keep in mind that your form will not work as something that will trigger a newsletter campaign. That part has to be done by an actual email marketing solution (e.g. Mailchimp and the like).
