Request to change account username to update the username included in the custom URL

I have been grandfathered in with the incredible pricing of $45 per year and now I'd like to use this account for my other business. I created another account hoping that sharing forms would work but I learned that I need your help lol.

So the current account is upholsteryworkslv and new account (to delete) is hushxpose. I'd like to convert upholsteryworkslv into the name hushxpose. 

I've already updated emails and logo's but need the username and url converted so that I can launch my Valentines day form asap.

Can you help?

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. As you have also mentioned the hushxpose account is an existing account which means that the username is already taken. Deleting an existing account would not make its username available for other accounts to use.

I would suggest that you log in to the hushxpose account and open a request here in the support forum using that account to request to update its username to make it available for the upholsteryworkslv to use.

I see that you have already created the request here. However, it is not a request to update the username of that account, but to only delete it. Again, deleting the account would not make its username available for other accounts to use.

You may respond to that thread and ask us to revert the changes (account deletion). Then, provide us at least three usernames for the hushxpose original account so that we may try the other two if the first one is no longer available.
