Hi
I am trying to integrate Worldpay on to my new form "Medjugorje 6th May LHR 2018 New".
On Clicking "Verify" I am getting the error message "Unable to verify".
I have contacted Worldpay who assure me that everything is set up correctly their end, and this would make sense as we received a payment last night through our website & Jotform.
Please could you find out what the issue is and fix it?
Many Thanks
Jonathan Baylis

I found the form " Medjugorje 6th May LHR 2018 New " in the trash. I have restore it to the inbox and checked. Looks like the Installation ID is missing. Please make sure that the ID and the currency are the same as in Worldpay account.
For more information please check on how to integrate WorldPay

I duplicated an old form and amended it as a work around until Jotform fix it.
This form was no longer any use which is why I put it in the trash. It did originally have Installation ID and currency, but on clicking SUBMIT I was getting the error message "unable to verify" . It's still the same problem on new forms...

If you have everything setup and you received an actual payment then your Worldpay integration is working. There's no need to verify it.
Anyhow, I am escalating this to our developers so they will further check the verify integration feature. It seems this is broken, even if the integration is perfectly configured.

I removed the verification button to avoid any confusion.
You can simply test your Worldpay integration using test mode.
Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused to you.
