Can't change font colour on welcome page

I have changed the font colour to white on my welcome page and it shows it has changed but when you preview it, it reverts back to blue...

How can I fix this?

I have been checking your form and I can see the font color is updated, here is a screenshot of the current version I can see on my end: 

I have already cleared your forms cache so the latest version is loaded, may you please also clear your forms cache on your end? 

In case you still see the old font color, please let us know.
