Good morning,
All of a sudden anyone that fills out jotform for our company ends up in our junk email. If someone doesn't look in there then we miss it. Can you tell me why this is happening? We had our IT guy here and he has made it "NOT JUNK" several times but it keeps going there. We have lost some potential clients due to this. Do you have suggestions?

Please set the Sender E-mail into noreply@jotform.com this should fix going to the junk folder. I also recommend to whitelist all details found on this page. Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
