The Server Error has been happening regularly over the past 48 hours. Please help.

I can see the same issue, I have been testing with a cloned form of yours and I cannot find what may be causing the problem, on my cloned form I can replicate the issue as well.
I will report it to our second level so our developers can have a closer look into the issue, we will keep you updated via this thread.

May I kindly ask you to remove test emails from e-mails ? You've configured to send submission as PDF. For each submission it tries to generate PDF three times additionally which takes considerable time. After removing them please try again you will see submissions will be sent quicker.
