Are you referring to the Notification or Autoresponder?
You can change the Sender Name on the Recipients tab of an email alert. Here's how:
1. In the Form Builder, click "Settings" and then go to "Emails" section. Select the email alert and then click the "Edit" button.
2. Go to the "Recipients" tab and change the Sender Name.
