How to change the sender from Jotform to me?

I got this from my customer when using the event registration form from the template.

Any solution for this? Plz see the attached image.

It's possible to do that with two different methods, the first one masks our sender as your email address and the second one uses indeed your email server information, please check each method on the following guides:
