Form not found error

When people click on the link to one of my forms, they are taken to a page that says, "Form not found. This form is disabled." What could be wrong wit

I have checked your account and it seems the form you are referring to was a shared form.

Kindly check again the link to that form and ask the form owner if it is disabled.
