Upgrade Sale Pop-up "Never Show Again" does not appear to work?

Why does the "Never Show This Again" box not work when clicked?

I believe the "Never Show This Again" check uses cookies to ensure the pop-up does not return.  If cookies are cleared or when browsing in private/incognito mode, the pop-up would return.  I checked on my end and the setting does appear to be functional.

On my end, it's an evil, incurable disease. Please let the sale be done!

Same here @sequencesafety - Ticking the "Never show this again" checkbox on the modal popup stops it from showing up again, not unless I use a new browser or cleared my cache and cookies. Worry not as our EOY sale will be ending soon.
