Email: change reply field

This is the email I am received back (how do I get it to say from Janet@AlakazamTravel.com and reply to Janet Hornik or Alakazam Travel instead of Jotfor?):

To: Janet@AlakazamTravel.com

Reply-To: JotForm

(TEST) We have received your response for {form_title}
