Field does not show up

Hi, we get the form but one of the fields do not show up in submissions emails, the "How did you hear about us?"

We see the field inside JotForm submissions list.

Please help, thank you.

That field is not included in Notifier email body:

But you can insert it easily from Form Fields drop-down:
