    Hello,

I am trying to integrate Jotforms into Sales Force.

I set it up a couple weeks ago and have not been able to find it in Sales Force.

I am going back in today - and it is now telling me "Invalid username, password, security token; or user locked out."

I reset my security token and I still am locked out. I then re-entered my password, with no luck.

    Please help

    Susan

When you receive this error its likely that your login credentials are incorrect. So please check that the username, password and security token are correct. Make sure there is no white space before or after each field value. Also ensure the spelling is 100%.

Additionally make sure your salesforce account is still paid and active. Its possible for example that your credit card expired and you failed to renew so the system locked you out.

I went into sales force and created a new security token because I was having this error. It still will not let me in. I went through and re-entered my login and password and security token and I assure you there are no spaces. I am still locked out. I am getting really frustrated - especially since I cannot just pick up the phone and talk to someone.

I tested the salesforce integration with our own testing account and was able to authenticate:

    Please try again.

I have also emptied your form cache. Although with this error the problem is pointing to an authentication issue.
