Why I am unable to integrate my form to Google Drive?

Hello - I am trying to integrate my form: Intake Form and Food Diary to Google Drive.  When I select an account and have it authenticate, it gets "stuck" and never completes the task. 

I tested our Google Drive integration, but I wasn't able to replicate this issue.

If the issue persists on your side, please try using a different Browser or try Clearing Browser's cache.
