Help with setting up a form

Hello,

I am trying to understand your form.  I'm currently using formsite.com and would like to switch over to using Jotform.  However, I do not understand how to do add products using stripe.  

Is there a phone number or someone that can walk me through the initial setup?  I learn fast.

If I can just have some help in the initial setup, I promise I would switch over.
