When downloading an excel docuemnt from what seems all forms on our jotforms area, we are getting
"The file you're trying to open is in a different format than specified by the file extension. Verify the file is not corrupted and is from a trusted source"
When we open this file it is not usable at all. The .csv works fine, its just the .xls file.
Do you have any ideas why this is occuring?

I have created a ticket to our developers about reported bug.
