I have a number of locations on my form for users to upload files. This function works sporadically or under conditions for which I'm not aware.
On two recent JotForm submissions I have two links that won’t print the file. Why the link to the file would appear in 2 lines i.e. Agenda-October-18
-2017.pdf instead of one line like most come into us or is there a glitch or is it the user error and something that can be fixed?

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I have checked the submission and see that the file uploaded is not working from the link. This seems to be occurred due to the special characters in the file name. Unfortunately, I am unable to locate the file uploaded since the file name is broken. We request you to contact the user to upload the file again without having any special characters in the file name including spaces.
