Does Jot Form have an annual License Fee for software?

We are a non-profit and contract a third party to do our online forms for our events. We were charged an "Annual License Fee for Software, but it is my understanding that Jot Form is a subscription service. We want to make sure that we are not being taken advantage of.

Hello Julie - No, we don't charge an annual license fee. JotForm is a SaaS-based platform and you will only be charged for the subscription plan you have chosen and nothing more.
