I have checked to see if the email is going to spam, which it isn't.
I have even added a rule on our host's domain to keep email that contains "jotform" just in case...
Does your system not send to info@ addresses?

I was not able to reproduce the error as you can see by the e-mail submission to my info@ e-mail address.
However, when checking your e-mail address on the bounce list I received the following result:
Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-': invalid= address'
Please review the e-mail address and if necessary make the change on the notification of the form.

Thansk for testing this.
I removed that email and added it again and it seems to be working. I dont know what I must have done wrong the first time.
