Why my payment limit is reached?

    Hi,

    I have had an email from yourselves that tells me that I have reached my payment limit and my forms will be disabled on Thursday the 12th?


    Can you please explain this as I have received payments through your forms through previous months and never received this email or had my forms disabled.

    I am currently on the free plan, and I see that it states you get 1 monthly payment, but as mentioned before I have never had this issue previously now have I received this email or had my forms disabled.

    The payment limits are changed just recently to all plans.

    So Free plans are now allowed to have one payment submission per month.

    I'm afraid that the only way to restore your account is to upgrade or wait for next first of the month.

    Hi Nik,

    When did this change take place?

    And I may upgrade to the next package, however, I believe I will be needing more than 10 payments per month, but can't afford the next package.

    Is there anything you can do as I really like Jotform and don't want to have to go elsewhere.

    This change was introduced just recently. 

    Unfortunately, nothing we can do when it comes to Free plans, I'm afraid that you can only upgrade to the Bronze plan in order to receive more payments.
