Getting Error "Form not Found"

    Hi good day, I've created a Form and I'm getting an error where it says "Form not Found" Form in restore mode. I'm getting it for all of the forms that I have.

    Can theis be resolved please here's a link to the form.

    I have checked your account and I have seen that your account was in the DORMANT mode.

    This was the reason why your form was in the restore mode. I have reactivated your account, so you can continue to use your forms now.
