Hallo, Jotform is my sending my forms to Email address Set!!,
the Address is not on a bounce list and it is correct!, the emails are also NOT in SPAM .
could you plse help

As I check your form, you did not include an autoresponder to your form. That is why user's won't receive notifications.
to add autoresponder click the + and select Autoresponder email.
then go to RECIPIENTS and scroll down to the Recipient Email and change it to Email Address.
