Google Chrome customers can't send the form they just filled in

    Dear Jotform,

    we use jotform to register children for our science clubs in schools.

    A lot of poeple use the form and from time to time we receive calls from chroome users that they receive a notification when they press submit. The form is not send them and we loose money.

    I use chroome myself and didn't have any problems filling in the form myself.

    please advice on what to do.

    I just tested the form on chrome and it seems to be working properly.

     

     

     

    Are you recieving emails about this being a problem or where are the reports of this problem coming from? And are what are the associated error reports if any?
