How to integrate form with Mailchimp based on language selection?

I have the following challenge: I want to integrate Mailchimp subscriptions in my multi-language forms. For instance, let respondents subscribe to the French newsletter when they decide to answer the form in French. Is that possible? Or should i make 3 separate forms, in 3 languages, with different integrations with the different newsletters?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you want to integrate your form to different MailChimp list based on the language selection of form? 

Please note that form can be integrated with only one MailChimp list. Unfortunately it is currently not possible to achieve your requirement with just one form. I would suggest you to create different form for each language and integrate it with MailChimp list.
