When someone fills out my form I have it set up so I receive an email with the address in the subject line but this is how it looks when I receive the email.

Street Address: 100 bayview Drive #1725<br>City: sunny isles beach <br>State / Province: fl<br>Postal / Zip Code: 33160<br>Country: United States<br> Is there a way to correct this?

Yes, to do that you have to change the SUBJECT of your notification mail.

    Just follow this steps:

    1. Click Email Alerts

    2. Select the Notification mail that you want to change

On the subject line you may change the it with the ID for the form fields, in your case since you want to have the email address as the subject field you can use {emailAppraisal} on the subject field.

    Hope this helps. Thank you.

@moonzkie I want the "property to be appraised" in the subject line. I just do not want all the html code along with it. Anyway to fix this?

You mean that you just want to enter plain text into the subject field? If yes, then you can replace that codes with your plain text.

On the second image provided by my colleague, replace the codes highlighted in blue (which is the subject line) with any text you want.

@rodjit I would like the subject line to display the address that the customer enters for tracking purposes but I do not want to see the html code in my subject line.

Hello Homeappraisalsinc.  If you wish the 'Email appraisal to:' data to be included on the subject line, simply copy the {emailAppraisal} and place it on the Subject field when you're editing the Email Notification settings window.

Or you can simply put your text cursor in the Subject text box and then click on the right part under Form Fields the text "E-Mail Appraisal To:" so that the {emailAppraisal} will appear on the Subject text box.

Next, click the Finish button and save your form

You will need to use stripped address tags in your email Subject.
