Could someone please tell me why my PDFs for the TD Green Streets application are showing up jumbled and with extra weird characters?  See page 8 of the attached application form.  There are all sorts of extra characters, i.e. , and words appear to overlap.  When I look at the form online, everything is clear.  Every one of the 34 forms that I downloaded for this TD Green Streets project have some sort of jumbled content in them.

Also, frequently when I submit my support requests,  my form literally sits there saying "please wait" for hours and never goes through.
If you aren't going to offer phone or email support, please make sure that this system is at least always working.  We are paying customers and this greatly devalues your company.

    Thank you. -Mary

P.S.  I have a file to upload with this as an example but every time I do your form won't let me submit it so please reach out via email so I can send it on.

Thanks, I did what you recommended and reset the PDF. It got rid of the weird characters and overlapping but now there are really big gaps and the paragraphs/sentences are broken up and start on separate lines (see attached). The PDFs I used last year for the same application did not look this bad. Can you explain what needs to be done for them to look like they were formatted when they were entered? Thank you!

Are you referring to this form? http://www.jotform.us/form/72224618703150 please check.

If yes, I cloned it and I was not able to replicate the issue. Here's what it looks like on my PDF Designer:

If you're referring to a different form, could you please provide the form link so we can investigate it further?

Yes, that is the form for the main application. This is the link to the exact example application I’m referring to: https://www.jotform.com/edit/3833829241411644130. All of the submissions under this form have issues like this, though. Notice how everything is nicely formatted on the screen when they submit their content. (see below) Now look at page 4 and 5 of the attached PDF of the same submission. (attached) The formatting is so jumbled, the sentences are broken up and start on different lines. I chose the “rich text” formatting in the application to allow for a clear view for my reviewers when they are reading the applications. These PDFs make it incredibly hard to stay focused on the applicants responses when you have to concentrate so hard on making out the sentences. Thanks for your help in trouble-shooting this.
