How can I have a PayPal identifier?

Hello! 

I am looking for a way to reconcile our reports from Paypal. I am hoping to have a way for our CFO to identify what they are paying for from his reports in paypal. I read somewhere that you can change a "Description" that shows up in the report but it looks like you can only do that when it's for an item not if it's set up as ticket sale.

Any additional information would be great!

As far as I know, it's possible to select a text box field from the form and pass such information to the PayPal transaction: 

The option can be found under the additional gateway settings section, so far that's the only option that will allow you to pass custom info over with the transaction to PayPal.
