PDF: Upload a PDF and map it to Jotform fields

    Guys. Love the site. Hope to update soon! Doing some testing at the moment. 


    Question, can I upload my custom PDF form and map JotForm field results to the fields in the pdf form? If so can I send it out in results notification as same PDF?

    Unfortunately no that isn't possible. You cant import a PDF.

    However you can create a fillable PDF that you can distribute. Its basically PDF form.
