Submit button is stuck at Please wait.

    I have tried in multiple browsers, embeded different code and added app to weebly and chose form. Nothing works.

    I checked your embedded form and everything looked to be functional.  I was hesitant to test submitting the form due to the options with limited stock.  Try using your form iFrame code to embed the form:

    That generally resolves submit issues.
