My forms will not open once I get into my account. help.

Your account is currently active. I checked your form and I was able to open the Form Builder by clicking the "Edit Form" button. Here's a screen capture:
Please try to log out from JotForm and restart your browser. After that, log back into JotForm and try it again.
If the issue persists, please check if it will work using another browser or not. Lastly, you might need to clear your browser cache.
I also cleared your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
