Every time someone submits a form we receive two of the same e-mails. The email is exactly the same but everyone (Notification to Office Staff, Sent to Member, and Notification to David Kauffman) gets two copies.
What could be the issue? and how do we fix this?Page URL:

I see that you have already opened a separate thread regarding this concern.
