I'm attempting to change my credit card information and it appears there is an internal server error (error 500). Any idea when this will be resolved?

I cleared your form cache on our server. I also checked our server and it is in good status. To change your payment method, please follow this guide:
https://www.jotform.com/help/330-How-to-change-my-Payment-Method
Please try it again and if the issue still persists, try using a different internet browser.
