I'm testing the emails that I created for this form:
When I test the Autoresponder email, I receive it very quickly, but I never receive the test of
either notification email. Is it something I've done, or is there a problem?

I checked your form and I can see that there are 2 email notifications and 1 autoresponder. I can also verify that the email alerts are configured correctly. Are you using the "Test Email" button to test the email alerts?
Please take note that if you use this, the email alerts will only be sent to the account's email address. The best way to test the email recipients is to fill up the form and submit it.

Thank you. Yes, I was using the Test Email button to test both Autoresponder and Notification and waiting at the account's email address. The difference in speed threw me, but I did finally receive the Notifications about 3 hours later. Maybe there was a backup somewhere.
Yes, I like to test by filling up and submitting the form, but this form requires payment to submit, so I wanted to check the email formatting before spending $$ to do a final test.

We had an issue yesterday wherein there is a delay in email delivery in Gmail users. However, our developers were able to fix the issue immediately.
