Forwarding submission is not working

    We used to be able to forward form data to email addresses and just recently this function stopped working, although there is no error message.  Everything works as before, except we don't receive the emails.  It was working fine just a few days ago.  Did something change.  Thanks in advance for your support.

    I checked the email address (kevink@spiritrock.org) and it is not on our bounce list. I also checked the email logs and I can see that emails are being sent properly. Here's a screenshot of the email logs:

    Please try checking the email spam folder and if you see JotForm emails, please mark it as not spam.

    If the issue persists, please try contacting your email service provider and request them to add JotForm's IP addresses to their whitelist. You can find the list of JotForm IP Addresses and custom domains on this link:

    Hello:
    The Jotforms submissions are still not working. The message states that it has been submitted successfully, but the recipient has no form. Just the title.
    Please advise.

    I am not sure if I understood your issue correctly. Do you mean to say that when you manually forward submission, the recipient receives email which just shows the title and no body of the email?
