Account disabled

    I received the e-mail message this morning at 9am:

    You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms are disabled now. 

    But I checked and see I have only used up 8 of 100 submissions. Please check and enable my account again.

    I noticed that your submission count is 8, however the SSL submission count is 13 (allowed number on a Free account is 10/month).

    Do you have a form that is using SSL submissions? If so, you may like to consider some of our other plans found in this page.

    I am not really using the SSL submissions. I just accidentially provide the SSL URL to users and they have used that to submit new entries. Then I recognize I should not be using it so now my users only use the non-SSL one. But now my account is disable so users cannot submit using the non-SSL form which I only used 8 out of 100. Please help to enable my account so my users can continue to use the non-SSL submission. Thanks.

    I have reset your SSL submissions counter. Just have in mind that resetting submission counts can be done once in lifetime.
