I need to access jot form offline, on a mobile app

I have seen that jot form has a mobile app, however it is just for managing the forms.

I need to use the app to fill out forms while guys are out on site, and be able to do so offline by storing the data within the app, to be uploaded when connection to internet is restored. 

Is there a possibility of this happening, as the pdf exporter is very poor, and is quite disspaointing in comparison to the awesome experience of creating the form.

I have many uses for this service for all my companies forms, if i could access the forms via the mobile app.

If not, is there a way to download the all the CSS that has built the app so i can reveiw it?

Unfortunately, this will not be possible, forms need internet connection to work properly, although you can download your forms and embed it into an offline app / website, you will not be able to submit it. 

It needs to get all the resources to work properly, something that is not possible to do offline, so it is a must to have an internet connection to get your forms working fine.
