The credit card number for our account has changed. The account has been downgraded to a FREE account. I have updated billing info with new card number.
What do I need to do to restore the account to previous state?

It appears as though after updating info, and then upgrading, the account is restored to previous state.
This issue is resolved.

I checked your account and it does look like the subscription was updated. As far as I can tell you should be all set.
