Error When Clicking Submit button it says " Too Many Request"

This error might appear if there are many submissions from the same IP.
Can you please confirm that you are sending many submissions from the same IP / office?

Yes we are sending from same IP, always have never had this problem before

There was a bug on our end that was causing the limits to not correctly reset. The bug was fixed and the error should no longer be shown unless the 60 submission per minute per IP limit is exceeded.
