    Hi,

Two weeks ago, the forms I were using were all printing just the way I wanted them to print.  This week, when I print new submissions they are all different and not fitting how I want them to fit.  I have not logged on or changed them so why has this happened?  Please contact me asap as I have over 100 submissions to print.  I don't want to have to go re-format the form as I worked for several hours on them to get them just righ.

May we know what form are you referring to? Also, just to clarify, are you referring to the PDF submissions or to the actual form? How are you printing the form submissions?

If it is a PDF submission, did you use the PDF designer to edit the PDF template?

You may also want to enable the "Show Headers and Texts" option on the Submissions page. In this way, the Text fields in your form will be included in the PDF submission. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-Show-Headers-and-Text-in-the-PDF.

If possible, please provide a screenshot of the issue so that we can further identify the problem.

We will wait for your reply. Thank you.
