It seems as of this morning there is a limit of how many submissions can come from a single IP in a given period. We have used jot form as part of a documentation process flow for the past 6 months and have not had any issues. This new limit has halted production in one of our facilities. Can the restriction be lifted from our account?

This was not clearing correctly on our end and resulted in the the limit being exceeded even though it should not have. This has now been fixed and the error should no longer be present. If it still is, let us know and we will be happy to look into this further.
