Some of our customers are recieving error messages after successful submissions and thus are refilling the survey.
"Many clients have advised that they are unable to upload documents and or they are receiving error messages when saving documents. "
"The renewal went through and we received it—its just a bad experience for the customer. They see the error message and think it didn’t go through and many of them completed the renewal multiple times."
"Jot form has been giving A TON of our customers an error message when they submit their renewal online. But, most of the time we end up actually receiving the renewal. (sometimes they try multiple times and we receive it multiple times) I have heard of at least 7 or 8 customers this week and last having this issue."
These are some of the complaints that we have received, I have no way to see what there error messages are, but it seems to be persistent.

I tested your form twice, and twice I was redirected to the Thank You Page.
I saw that you have set an upload size/type limit for each uploader.
Did you make any test? Were you able to replicate the issue?
Slow/bad network connection can cause this maybe.
