Hi Mike,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can create a Change Email Recipient condition to change email address of Autoresponder based on the selection from a dropdown list.
- Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
- Select Change Email Recipient, and create a condition as shown below:
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

Can you set this up as a global library item? Example, user selects Peru, I change all forms to send to Recipient A and update the email notification to include unique information based on the user selecting Peru? I can see how you would set this up for one form at a time, but is there a way to make that condition global? Or would I use a Zapier Integration for that?

Hi solinst,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's not possible to add a condition as a global library item in your account. You must create the condition on each form that you will need the email on. Or you can clone the form, so the conditions will be copied on the cloned form. You can check directly with Zapier if they have an integration that will align with your workflow.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
