Payment submission limit for Free plan

Hola tengo una pregunta y quisiera saber porque solo me permite recibir un solo pago con stripe mensual en el plan gratuito. Si tengo una cuenta con ustedes gratis y Paypal si me permite mas de un solo pago mensual?

Your account is allowed to accept for up to 10 submissions per month. The submission counter is reset every first of the month. Currently, this is the limit set for Free accounts. You will need to upgrade to a higher plan if you need more payment submissions.
