How can I setup a field that counts the number of submissions until the slot is full

    Hello,

I am creating a form to be used for summer camp registration form and I have a limit to how many people can sign up for the individual weeks but I am unsure of how to get that represented in the form. Here is some information - we have three camp groups, sorted by grades 1, 2, and 3. Each group can have 24 students each week. Parents can pick and choose the weeks they want to attend. So, essentially, I want to know if there is a way to disable a week when it fills with students from that grade? Are there conditions that can indicate a that that week is full?

All the widgets I'm listing below track user selection for each submission. This would mean that when someone picks a slot/date/item/etc it will be counted towards the submission and the widget counter will reduce by 1. Feel free to check them out and pick one that will suit your needs.

From how you described it, what you need is a widget with schedules (weeks) that allows up to 24 slots each. I decided to list them all below and give you the freedom to choose and fiddle around with them.

    🔘 Appointment Slots Widget

    🔘 Date Reservation Widget

    🔘 Inventory Widget

    🔘 Ticket Purchases Widget

    🔘 Gift Registry Widget

    🔘 Quantity Gift Registry Widget
