Can we use Jotform for a client portal?

Hi there!

I currently work for a workplace health and safety company. 

In summary, we want our clients to be able to have their own account with Jotform, and we can allow them access to our templates/forms that we create.

Also we want to be able to have one template, that is then able to be copied across to multiple clients.

Can you please advise if this is a facility that Jotform provides?
