Integrations and flow of submissions

HI Jot Help:)

I need to have form submitted with an uploaded audio file.  I see how to do this.  Then I need to get that file either by being notified or sent to my gmail address for this product.

Then I will use the audio file sent to me and evaluate it on a form and send back to the customer.  At this point i want to integrate their email name and name with Active Campaign.

1. Have a form someone submits to me with an audio file uploaded either go to a gmail address or I get a notification.

2.Have a form I send to someone to be integrated so that their email and name go to an Activecampaign List

I have one additional question.

I am currently on the free plan because I have not launched this product using the forms.

After I launch, how long or difficult is it to upgrade to accommodate higher volume of forms and submissions?
