How can I recover deleted submissions

I had a couple of submissions that were incomplete payments that I needed to remain. They were deleted. Can I get them back?

Unfortunately, for submissions that are deleted, they cannot be recovered. If you have received email alerts in relation to the submissions, you can just search for those email alerts on your inbox.

In relation to the email alerts as reference, you can check your email activity history and find the submissions that were sent via email.
