Why as some submisisons Missing in my google integration?

    Not all of my submitted form entries are showing up in my Google Drive or Google Sheets, even though both are integrated with my form.

    It is critical that submitted forms be logged.

    example: I made 26 separate entries but only the first 24 are showing up.

    Have you made any recent changes to your forms? Any changes to the form will break the integration. Kindly try removing and adding the integration to your form.

    If you did not make any changes to your forms I would still recommend you still try re-integrating your forms again.

    Kindly do let us know if it resolves the issue.

    I did change the option to not display totals. Now I also do not get the option to pay by credit card or PayPal. Only the PayPal option is showing. (Once in a while (like 1 out 0f 10 tests, will the pay by credit card show up and I cant figure out why).

    AH So! Solved Credit Card option not showing up.

    Apparently I must have logged into my PayPal Sandbox account and checked the "Keep me logged in" box. This instigated a "One Touch" option in PayPal so that it was the only option available for testing. Once I logged out of PayPal and did not check the "Keep me logged in " option, the credit card payment option now also displays.

    OK. Still having issues:

    Made one Sandbox payment via credit card.

    Trying additional tests gets me the following error after I enter Credit card information.

    "Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time

    Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay."
