how to import data from word document to form?

When submitting Data, is there a way i can upload a template i made from word where the data will auto fill where I assign the data to fill?

If I am getting you correctly you already have a Word document with data filled in it. You have created a form with matching fields to the word document and you want to use the word document to upload the data to your form?

If this is the case then its not possible to do so. However we have a way of importing data from excel document to your form. Kindly check the guide below on how you can implement this to your form.
