How can I insert the respondent's name in the Thank You page?

Hi, I would like to send a 'Member Card' (image format) to every user after filling a form, with his name on it.  What is the best/quickest way to set it?

You can insert any fields that were filled out on your form to your AUTORESPONDER EMAIL (the email your users receive) or on the THANK YOU PAGE (the page your users see) after submission.

However, these are all text-based. There's no way to generate an image based on the form fields. To insert form fields (e.g. the name of the respondent) to the AUTORESPONDER or THANK YOU page, you can follow the guide below.
